1. INTRODUCTION

Upon registration, each member will be provided a user name and password to enter the Members Area also known as the Members Back Office, wherein a Member will be able to use the bellvoss downline building system and online services in various ways to begin to grow their network marketing downline for whichever network marketing company the Members is involved in the course of promoting at the time of sign up. Signing up to become a paid Member of this bellvoss website and continued use of the bellvoss services and website constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and any future versions. Both parties bellvoss and Members hereto will be acting in an individual capacity and not as agents, employees, partners, joint ventures, or associates of one another.

3. AGE DECLARATION AND MISCELLANEOUS
By registering for the bellvoss, a Member hereby affirms that they are of legal age of employability as deemed by the governing authorities of the client's country of origin. 4. EDITING, DELETING AND MODIFICATION

5. PAYMENT
bellvoss currently accepts payment for bellvoss services by either Bitcoin or Credit Card only. Each Member represents and warrants that (i) the Credit Card information supplied is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by the Member will be honored by Member’s Credit Card Company and (iii) Member shall pay charges incurred in the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes. Each Member agrees to keep his or her password confidential.

6. USAGE
The bellvoss service is only meant for private use by individuals who are currently engaging in promoting a network marketing or home based business and seeking help in growing their network marketing downline. Membership can also be used by network marketing companies as a way to add more distributors to their organization.

7. LIMITED LIABILITY
bellvoss and its employees, agents, or assigns are not liable for any costs of damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the service, including any indirect, incidental or otherwise. bellvoss do not assume responsibility in any way for the information that is provided by to the Members that they might discover via any links that might take the Member to other related websites. The use of any other service website that a Member might go to or use as a result of using the bellvoss Members area is completely at the Members own responsibility. Upon logging into the bellvoss members area members will be asked to complete the submission of their MLM program information in order for bellvoss to begin advertising and recruiting new downline signups for the Member. We call this step 1. This process of submitting a members opportunity details takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Step 1 is mandatory in order for us to begin advertising a members network marketing opportunity online and to our database of prospects. Subsequent steps after step 1 are completely optional items and are not required to be completed for service to begin. The money back guarantee provided, also referred to as the indemnities, is in place for the users security and protection. 8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason. If a members decides to terminate their account, their opportunity will be removed from the bellvoss system and all promotions will stop, their back office access will remain open for the duration of the membership should the member at some future point still want to login, they can still do so. Without prior notice, bellvoss may terminate this Agreement, a Members account, or use of the service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if bellvoss, in its sole discretion, believes a Member has violated this Agreement, the bellvoss Acceptable Use Policy, or any of the applicable user policies.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Should a Member have any issues with their account or service, they should be brought to the attention of bellvoss for rapid resolution. Upon agreement by the parties, any disputes may be resolved through arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding upon both parties. Sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 11 of this Agreement shall survive termination.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to bellvoss, and is protected by International Copyright Law, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without bellvoss’s express written consent first sought and obtained. Following the expiration of an service Membership, any information of a Members opportunity will revert to becoming the property of bellvoss, and will typically remain online as a benefit to the member. 13. PROCEDURE
Once a Member logs into the Members area of the bellvoss site, (https://bellvoss.com/login.htm ) the Member is then provided with a variety of options to choose from, including the activation of the bellvoss bellvoss Downline automated downline building services. This service is activated by filling out a short form which provides bellvoss the information necessary to direct warm leads or prospects to the Members business opportunity signup web link (url). If for some reason a Member’s business opportunity doesn't use any kind of online sign up web link, then the Member can still provide additional instruction as to how prospects are to go about the process of signing up for the Members network marketing opportunity and into the Members downline, in which case Members must provide very clear instructions to bellvoss. 14. PERFORMANCE
bellvoss shall be deemed to have performed its obligations under this Agreement upon providing the following: Membership starts with a member getting access to the Members area in the form of a user name and password and instructions on how to access the Members back office. The user name and password will be automatically provided after online payment has been made. The user name and password will be emailed to the email provided by the Member at the time of purchase. If a user does not receive their user name and password after making a purchase or if their username and password is not working properly the Member should immediately contact bellvoss via the bellvoss contact page at: (www.bellvoss.com/contact.htm) and let bellvoss know so that we can remedy the problem. bellvoss Membership and service is a combination of two very specific parts, which herein will be known as "Part 1 and Part 2" of the service. Part 1 and Part 2 make up the bellvoss service rendered to Members. Part 1 is bellvoss efforts to advertise a Members mlm opportunity to bellvoss warm list of leads as well as using a variety of online social media platforms, which builds the Members downline according to the Membership plan ordered. Part 2 is the Members own efforts to build their downline aided by the various tools, information, training, and resources that bellvoss has made available to Members inside of the Members Back Office Area of the site. The bellvoss Downline system provided by bellvoss runs only for the full life of any membership, which is the advertising and automated recruiting side provided in Part 1 mentioned above. During and after this time frame that the bellvoss Downline system is running, Members will need to be applying their own efforts as outlined in Part 2 mentioned above in order to build their network marketing downline. The total time of a Membership will constitute the Members ability to access the private Members Area of the site along with any additional features or upgrades outlined in the bellvoss membership ordered. A members opportunity is shared with the volumes of prospects on social media such as facebook and twitter by way of bellvoss placing links on social media sites. The volume of prospects on social media that see or click on such ads will vary, and the volume of social media prospects that a member’s opportunity is shared with or that review a members opportunity will vary. bellvoss recommends that members also apply Part 2 as outlined above. After a member logs into the members back office they need to carefully complete all the steps outlined in order to activate the bellvoss recruiting system. Failure to do so could result in lack of downline signups. Everything on this page also applies to each and every product or service sold directly by bellvoss, including but not limited to our bellvoss Downline Building Services.

Members that join are currently involved in some type of legitimate and legal network marketing business or considering joining some business opportunity in which the Member will be needing to begin recruiting a downline. After the examination period this constitutes a members acceptance and also their satisfaction of and with the members back office area and services provided by bellvoss, and waives any indemnities. Once a member joins by completing payment, then shortly following that they are sent a welcome email containing their login ID and Password; at the time a Member is sent their login info and welcome letter is the time at which when their bellvoss membership officially begins, and then access to the members area will remain open for the length of time of the membership that the member purchased. bellvoss will show a members opportunity to former high ranking members of network marketing companies, as well as our large database of home business opportunity seekers who are currently seeking to enroll in a home based business. 16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Should any provision of this Agreement be found invalid, ineffective or unenforceable under present or future laws, the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated. No waiver of breach of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other breach, or of such provision. Failure of bellvoss to enforce at any time any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver thereof. The remedies reserved by bellvoss under this Agreement shall be cumulative and additional to any other remedies in law or equity.

17. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER & INCOME DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
bellvoss provides downline building services to network marketers to promote whichever network marketing companies they're apart of, as well as provides quality direct sales education to network marketers in our members area of the website. Every effort has been made to accurately represent the bellvoss services and its recruitment and downline building potential. Due to this fact, and although bellvoss will make every effort to advertise a members mlm opportunity in an attempt to help a Member gain interest ultimately in the pursuit of attracting new downline Members (for example to join their Amway, or Herbalife downline) and grow a Members mlm business, however, results may vary. bellvoss is a downline building service for network marketers to promote their mlm company programs, such as, but not limited to main stream MLM companies like: Amway, Herbalife, Mary Kay, NuSkin, Avon, ACN, USANA, Arbonne, Younique, Ambit, or any standard mlm company that the members is already a part of and seeking new ways to promote and advertise online. We do not position this product as a way to get rich through growing a Members downline nor through a Members mlm business. Breaches to any terms and conditions or situations that might result in such violations could result in termination of service. A Members level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time a Member devotes to the Membership, which includes a Member’s continued use of all the various resources provided in the bellvoss Members area, a Members finances, knowledge, business and computer skills, mlm industry experience, and various other related skills. Since these factors differ according to individuals, thus results may vary. Case studies are not typical and should not be relied upon as standard results based on use of the bellvoss membership. bellvoss is not responsible for how much additional income a Members will earn.

18. AFFILIATE PROGRAM DISCLAIMER, EARNINGS DISCLAIMER & INCOME DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
bellvoss provides advertising services to network marketers to promote whichever network marketing companies they are a part of, as well as provides direct sales education to network marketers in our members area of the website. We do not charge any fees to join our standard online affiliate program where affiliates can earn an additional commissions from any affiliate sales, in the standard way you see any affiliate program you find online. bellvoss pays commissions according to the current compensation plan, which is available on our bellvoss.com/affiliate.htm page of the website. Incomes for our worldwide affiliates, are minus any refunds and chargebacks, and do not account for any costs incurred. We do not require in promoting the program that affiliates spend any money on advertising unless they choose to do so. Each affiliate doing promotions and advertising online will only be compensated for actual sales that happen. Affiliates are paid commission on sales through our affiliate program based on our commission structure. Payments are made biweekly. Note that it takes hard work to make a substantial income as an affiliate. An affiliate is someone who: a) has executed an affiliate signup application; b) is qualified to earn commissions during the month; and c) has received our company welcome letter which has authorized them to be an affiliate e) has joined as an affiliate and been accepted into the program prior to being referring others f) has read and agreed to our Affiliate Disclaimer available on the terms.htm page. An affiliate is considered active if they have earned a commission during the month. If for any reason an Affiliate is aware of a commission or pending commission that should have been received, but has not yet arrived, they should email customer support on our contact.htm page of the site for verification. The bellvoss Affiliate Program is subject to occasional updates and changes, we will post any such changes to the affiliate.htm page such as policy changes, commission changes, or any other modifications to the program; as an affiliate you understand and accept any such changes. Our technical staff are constantly monitoring, upgrading and improving our affiliate program, it's software, and affiliate program overall to ensure that affiliates have a positive experience in the program. Our goal is to always ensure that any upgrades to our affiliate system has no barring or effect on any affiliate links, our focus is to always make any changes as seamless as possible. Factored in at the time of calculating an affiliate payout is the transaction fee that may have happened at the time of purchase. There will be a small processing fee on all payouts which covers an administration fee, as well as a rolling reserve to cover for any risk of loss as well as other incidentals and expenses in the operation and maintenance of the affiliate program and of members accounts. Following an affiliates first sale we consider them to have completed their probationary period and then qualify to receive a payout. Affiliates are paid out in btc or PayPal or wire transfer. We do not charge any fees to join as an affiliate, nor are there any monthly fees. This is a standard website affiliate program, and in no way should be thought of as a network marketing program. It is a typical affiliate program like any other affiliate program you'll find anywhere online.

The following few terms and conditions are not for our regular clients (network marketers) who buy memberships; but are for both our database of "prospects" that we share opportunities with and also anyone who visits bellvoss.com at random and locates one of the mlm opportunities we have listed, and is considering joining one of these network marketing or home based business opportunities. For this section 18b herein referred to as: "Prospect", "you", or "your". If you're someone who has found, researching, or considering joining one of the network marketing opportunities you may have found on the bellvoss.com website then bellvoss recommends that you do a thorough due diligence on it before joining. Although bellvoss stats that we recommend the program this should not be viewed as or understood as getting proper legal advice on the particular home based business or MLM opportunity that you've found and or are considering joining. We provide links from the various opportunities that link to the actual business opportunity. If you click the the link then you understand that you've left bellvoss and are now viewing some other companies website such as where the actual MLM opportunity is presented by the company running it, and via the Upline Sponsors signup link. bellvoss has no direct involvement with any of these MLM companies or home based business opportunities listed other than simply to provide a hyperlink that will take you to the website of the company that runs the opportunity. For example: if there's a link to Amway.com then you'd click on it and now you're dealing with that company and no longer at the bellvoss website. We do not actively prescreen the opportunities that we recommend or post on our site, and we recommend doing your own research and due diligence first to verify the correctness and validity of any opportunity you see listed that you're considering joining. Members are encouraged to provide mentorship and training to the degree they are able to each of the new signups that join their downline, which will aid in the success in the members business. Many factors will be important in determining a Member’s actual result and no guarantees are made that a Member will achieve results similar to other Members posted results. Typically, any business receipts should be sent to a members email from the third party payment provider, which can in some cases be used for tax purposes. Volumes of social media prospects that are displayed and mentioned on the index page are estimates. The orientation period is the first 2-4 weeks of a membership. 20. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENT
Upon joining as a paid Member of bellvoss the Member will be provided with a login id and password which they can then use to access our paid Members only area. Members can log into this Back office area by clicking on the Members Login link located in the upper right of each page or by clicking on the grey colored box in the upper right corner or by going to: https://www.bellvoss.com/login.htm and then entering their login id and password when prompted to do so.
